What is Jeuveau?
Jeuveau, also commonly referred to as “Newtox” is an FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A injection designed to treat wrinkles and aging lines. It is intended to be used on the wrinkles or lines between your eyebrows referred to as glabellar lines. Its active component is the same as Botox but stands out as an exemplary treatment for glabellar lines. Jeuveau is usually a cheaper injectable option and can be a great starting point for those new to cosmetic procedures.

How does Jeuveau work?
Firstly, any products or makeup you are wearing will be removed to better penetrate the skin and avoid infection. Then, your injector will shoot Jeuveau into multiple sites around the treated area utilizing the microinjection technique. These microinjections will take about 15 minutes to complete at which point you can leave without an observation period. Slight results will be immediately noticeable, but full results will continue to develop for about a week.
